Shipping policy
We’re currently experiencing delays with our carriers, once your tracking number is created, please allow up to 4-5 days for your tracking information to display, to get the most up-to-date notification on your order.

Please allow one to two weeks for shipping, under certain restrictions and busy periods shipping may be further delayed.

Free shipping parcels are provided with a tracking number, please liaise with the courier if you are experiencing delays. Rush are not responsible for parcels once tracking has been provided.

Purchases are processed the following business day. Since the shipping department is closed on Saturdays and Sundays, payments placed on Friday will be processed on Monday.

Once your order has been processed, no further changes can be made to it.

An extra $10 charge will incur for providing incorrect shipping information. This is in order for us to pay for the reshipment of the package.

Smokable or Vapable products cannot be shipped to or sold in the following states
- New York
- Utah
- Iowa
- South Carolina
- Indiana
- Hawaii
- Kentucky
